Below is a brief description of each of the online courses/modules currently on offer. Some modules are available in Polish. Additional online training will be available in the future including, e.g. asbestos awareness training.

DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Interactive

Designed to provide you with the required skills to assess workstations, covering: posture, workstation, working with laptops and health risks. Note - The difference between non-interactive and interactive modules is that the first type is shorter and more text based with graphics whereas the interactive course uses audio, interaction and is more modern looking. We offer both because some of our clients do not have Flash player or audio on their PCs. Both courses have a Test section at the end. And a certificate is given when the test is passed.


Safety Essentials for DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Users

Designed to communicate the key elements of working safely with computers, the legal requirements associated with DSE and the potential hazards from DSE work. It covers how to use DSE safely and achieve a comfortable working position.

Home Worker

Designed to help you understand the safety essentials of home working, giving you awareness about the different types of hazards you could encounter while working at home, and helping you work together with your employers to reduce the risk of accidents or injury to yourself or others. The course covers issues related to the working environment, equipment in the home, home safety, mothers and children.


Office Safety Essentials

Designed to help you understand your safety essentials when working in an office; showing you the different types of risks and hazards that can occur in the office, and helping you work together with your employers to help reduce the risk of accidents or injury to yourself or others.


Risk Assessment Interactive

Interactive course covering risks, hazards and accidents, how to carry out a risk assessment, and legislation. Note - The difference between non-interactive and interactive courses is that the first type is shorter and more text based with graphics whereas the interactive course uses audio, interaction and is more modern looking. Both courses have a Test section at the end. And a certificate is given when the test is passed.


Stress in the Workplace

Designed to help you understand what stress in the workplace is and how to overcome stress, also covering: causes, workplace stressors and how to manage stress.


Lone Working

Designed to provide an understanding about lone working, the law with regards to lone working, dealing with aggression and conflict management and break away techniques.


First Aid

Designed to help you understand basic First Aid at work and what you need to do should you ever be required to give First Aid to another person. The module covers Health and Safety Regulations, First Aid and CPR procedures, how to get help and what to do in an Emergency.


Fire Safety

Designed to give staff an understanding of some of the key elements of Fire Safety, covering:

Overview of the main legislation in the UK, cost issues associated with fire and the reasons why fire starts, main fire hazards in the workplace, measures to reduce the risk of fire and fire spread and to control fire and basic fire procedures and actions to take in the event of fire. Electrical Safety Interactive

Interactive course designed to provide information on the basic principles and measurement of electricity and to raise awareness about hazards associated with electricity, regulations (the electricity at work 1989), first aid precautions and general office and workplace safety tips, plug and socket safety and portale appliance testing (PAT) and maintenance. Environmental Awareness

Course designed to make you aware of environmental issues and how to apply the information learnt in the workplace. This course provides a basic knowledge of environmental law and management, good practice, pollution and waste.


Manual Handling

Course designed to give you an understanding of some of the key elements of manual handling, helping you: identify costs associated with manual handling injuries and understand the legal requirements and guidelines associated with manual handling, showing you how to use the safe lifting technique, making you aware of the principles of LITE management and outlining measures that can be implemented to reduce the risk of injury. Manual Handling Interactive

Designed to learn about PPE. It covers how to assess PPE suitability, hazards and types of PPE, and considerations on training, maintenance and CE marking.


Driver Safety

Designed to ensure your safety, the safety of your staff and of others whilst driving at work. It is important to ensure that all managers and employees are aware of their health and safety responsibilities, so they can effectively maintain and operate their vehicle in a safe manner.


COSHH - Control of Substances Hazardous To Health

Designed to communicate the key elements about hazardous substances in the workplace to comply with COSHH. The course covers: COSHH requirements, employers & employees responsibilities, hazardous substances and the COSHH Assessment process.


Food Hygiene

Designed to provide information and advice to employees on the health issues concerning food hygiene. The course covers the law regarding food hygiene, the main principles of HACCP, the 4 C’s and how to recognise food safety hazards. Interactive course designed to provide information and advice to employees on the health issues concerning food hygiene. Data Protection

Course designed to help employees understand what data protection consists of. The course provides a basic introduction into the legal requirements surrounding data protection, and elaborates on the importance of data protection, the type of data it applies to and the how personal data should be handled.


Slips, Trips and Falls

Course designed to prevent slips, trips and falls by understanding the causes to minimise the occurrence of accidents and injuries within the workplace. The course provides an insight into the legal framework, i.e. what the law says, causes of slips, trips and falls, and solutions to manage them.


Working at Height Interactive

Interactive course designed to provide you with essential knowledge about working safely at height.
